NEW DELHI — Over 7,300 households have been granted ownership rights, and over 4.1 lakh individuals have registered for the PM-Unauthorized Colony in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojna (PM-UDAY), according to Union Minister Hardeep Puri on Saturday.
